INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1-2 tbsp Manuka honey
  • 6 tbsp gelatine powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. In a small bowl bloom gelatine with 1 cup water.
  2. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, add orange juice, lemon juice and ginger. Add bloomed gelatine and mix until dissolved. Turn off the heat and transfer this liquid to a heatproof bowl or jug. Allow it to cool down slightly.
  3. Add Manuka honey and whisk to combine.
  4. Pour into silicone moulds and set in the refrigerator for 2-3+ hours until set.
  5. Remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
