INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1-2 tbsp Manuka honey
- 6 tbsp gelatine powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a small bowl bloom gelatine with 1 cup water.
- In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, add orange juice, lemon juice and ginger. Add bloomed gelatine and mix until dissolved. Turn off the heat and transfer this liquid to a heatproof bowl or jug. Allow it to cool down slightly.
- Add Manuka honey and whisk to combine.
- Pour into silicone moulds and set in the refrigerator for 2-3+ hours until set.

Remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
