Banana – gut health benefits
Bananas are brilliant for your belly! They’re packed with fibre—both the kind that keeps things moving and the kind that feeds the good bacteria in your gut. They also contain natural prebiotics like fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which help those friendly gut bugs thrive. Adding bananas to your diet is a tasty and easy way to support a happy, healthy digestive system.
