INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
ghee/oil, for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the oats in a blender into a flour. Add the bananas and eggs. Mix it all together.
- Heat a pan to medium heat. Let the butter/oil melt. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, 2-3 min.
- Flip the pancake. Cook for another 1-2 min until it's golden.
