Easy (and gut healthy) banana bread recipe


INGREDIENTS
 

  • 1 ½ cup of mashed banana  
  • 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil  
  • 1 cup of flour  
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract  
  • 2 tsp of baking powder  
  • ½ tsp of baking soda  
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon  
  • ½ tsp of salt 

 
INSTRUCTIONS  

Start by peeling the bananas and mash them together. Melt the coconut oil, let it cool and mix it in.

Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Sift in flour. Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Mix well. Line a loaf pan with oiled parchment paper and pour in the mix.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
