INGREDIENTS 

  • 150 g grated courgette
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g melted coconut oil
  • 50 g coconut yoghurt
  • Spices: 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 20 g cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 30 g oat flour
  • 40 g rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70 ml oat milk 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Mix wet ingredients
  • Add dry ingredients
  • Gradually pour in oat milk
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for ~45 min
  • Let cool before slicing
