Recipe: Baby banana porridge with chia jam

Ingredients

Banana porridge

 

  • ½ cup of oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ banana
  • Pinch of cardamom

Blueberry and chia jam

  • 2 cups of blueberry
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

Porridge
Heat the milk and oats in a saucepan while stirring. Add the banana and mash it together. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle some cardamom on top and add the blueberry and chia jam.

 

Jam
Heat the frozen or fresh blueberries in a saucepan until they begin to break down. Add the chia seeds while stirring. Add some lemon juice, taste, and remove from heat to let it cool.
